These terms apply to buying and using software from NORVÉA. By buying or installing an app you agree to them. Each app also comes with its own license agreement (EULA).
License
- A license lets you use the app on the number of computers stated on the product (one, unless the product says otherwise). The key is tied to the computer’s machine code.
- Licenses are for your own business or personal use. You may not resell, share, or publish keys or installers.
- Lifetime licenses do not expire. Licenses with a period stop working at the end of that period unless renewed; your data stays readable.
Your data
The apps store your data on your own device or server. You are responsible for keeping backups; several apps include backup tools to help with this.
Updates and support
Updates are included for the period stated on the product or plan. Support is provided on WhatsApp and by e-mail at info@norvea-eg.com.
Liability
The software is provided as it is. NORVÉA is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from its use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. We may update them; the version on this page applies to new purchases.
