This page explains what this website and the NORVÉA apps do with your information.
On this website
- When you create an account or buy, we keep your name, email, phone number, orders and invoices so we can deliver your license and support you.
- For a license we also keep your computer’s machine code — a code made by the app that does not reveal your files or personal data.
- Payments are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
- We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this store: hosting, email, the payment provider, and Google tools that measure visits to this site and may use cookies. We do not use advertising trackers.
In the apps
- The apps work offline. Your documents, cases, sales, photos and other data stay on your own computer or server and are never sent to NORVÉA. The only exception to working offline is the optional Quran radio in AG ADHKAR: when you press Play, it connects to the radio station’s servers. It reads the current stream link from the station’s official site. The AG ADHKAR Android beta also checks norvea-eg.com for app updates, and can use your location when you ask it to, or to check on opening whether you have moved, so as to set prayer times and the qibla. That location stays on your phone.
- The apps do not contain analytics or advertising.
