When you can get a refund
- Within 14 days of purchase if no license key has been issued for your order.
- Within 14 days of purchase if the app does not work on your computer and we cannot fix the problem.
- If you were charged twice for the same order.
When refunds are not possible
- After 14 days from purchase.
- For licenses that have been issued and work as described.
How to ask
Send your order number on WhatsApp or to info@norvea-eg.com. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; the license is cancelled.
